Like all our expressions, Uncut begins its life in Kentucky, but Memphis is where it gets its character and attitude. Bottled at cask strength, every barrel of Blue Note Uncut is unique and complex as a blue note in music. Influenced by the Memphis infamous heat and humidity, each of our barrels offers an amazingly distinct flavor profile. Every bottle is hand labeled and numbered with proof, barrel and bottle number.

Juke Joint Peach Collins

Ingredients:

2 oz Blue Note Juke Joint
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Honey Simple 2:1 Honey to Hot Water
Muddle Peach Slices
Top with Club Soda

Directions:

Garnish: Peach Slices (Fresh mint sprig – optional)
Glassware: Collins
Method: Add peach slices and honey into tin. Muddle. Combine all other ingredients sans club soda. Add ice. Hard vigorous shake. Double strain into collins glass over freshly cracekd ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with peach slices.

Serve and enjoy!

Brown Sugar & Ginger Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

2 oz Blue Note Juke Joint
.25 – .5 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup (depending on sweetness preference)
2 Dashes Ginger Bitters

Directions:

Garnish: Orange twist
Glassware: Double old fashioned
Method: Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir. Strain into a DOF over a large rock.

Garnish and enjoy!

Patio Cigar

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Blue Note Juke Joint
.75 Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Orgeat*
.5 oz Ginger Liqueur
2 Dashes Hopped Grapefruit Bitters (Orange Bitters also work)
Peated Whiskey Rinse
Cracked Ice
Garnish: Lime wheel & candied onions
Glassware: Double old fashioned

Directions:

Rinse a glass with a peated whiskey. Set aside. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice. Quick hard shake to combine. Double strain over freshly cracked ice in the rinsed double old fashioned glass. Garnish and enjoy!

Summer Mint Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz Blue Note Juke Joint
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 Mint Sprig

Directions:

Garnish: Mint spring & lemon wheel
Glassware: Double old fashioned
Method: Combine ingredients in tin. Add ice. Hard vigorous shake. Double strain into DOF over freshly cracked ice. Garnish with a minto sprig and lemon wheel.

Serve and enjoy!

Cherry Bourbon Punch

Ingredients:

2 oz. Blue Note Juke Joint
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueuer
(Optional) .5 oz Pineapple juice for a tropical twist

Directions:

Garnish: Fresh Cherry
Glassware: Coupe
Method: Combine ingredients in tin. Add ice. Hard vigorous shake. Double strain into coupe. Garnish with a picked cherry.

Serve and enjoy!
