Frequently asked questions
Can I purchase a Blue Note Tasting Experience without a tour ticket?
No - currently we are unable to accomodate requests for tastings outside of scheduled tours. If you would like a tour without a tasting, please select "Tour Only" when checking out.
When should I arrive?
We ask that guests check-in at the Tasting Room 5-10 minutes early to allow time for our team to verify IDs, etc.
What should I bring?
Please bring valid, government-issued identification, and wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Warehouse is not climate-controlled, so you may wish to bring a jacket during colder months.
Is the tour accessible?
Yes, our tour is open and accessible, including wheelchair accessibility.
Is there a limit on group size?
Tours are currently limited to a maximum of 10 guests. For larger groups, please contact us at info@brdistilling.com

What is your refund policy?
We will issue full refunds to the original payment method for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations outside of that window may be partially refunded depending on circumstances. Please contact us directly for refunds at info@brdistilling.com. Refunds will not be issued for late-arrivals or no-shows.
When do tours run?
Currently, tours are offered on Thursday and Friday afternoons at 1:30pm and 3:30pm. Tours start promptly at those times, so please plan your arrival 5-10 minutes early.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
At this time, no. All tours require a reservation. As we only offer a limited number of tours each week we encourage all guests to book tickets in advance to ensure your spot on your preferred date.
