Bottled at cask strength, every barrel of Blue Note Uncut is unique and complex as a blue note in music. Influenced by the Memphis infamous heat and humidity, each of our barrels offers an amazingly distinct flavor profile. Every bottle is hand labeled and numbered with proof, barrel and bottle number.

Single Barrel Rye
Like the entire Blue Note family, our Rye Whiskey is born in Kentucky then born again just north of downtown Memphis where the Mississippi and Wolf rivers collide. In an extreme microclimate, it is aged in a crucible of elements that deepens flavor and enlightens character. A trinity of sweltering humidity, cooler evenings and unimaginably pure water is harmoniously blended with Blue Note’s almost spiritual commitment to craftmanship. The result is a transformed Rye Whiskey that is smooth as a choir of angels, yet as bold as a Beale Street nightclub.
