Tours dates are open for 2026. Additional 2026 dates will open periodically. Please be aware Blue Note closes on U.S. federal holidays, and tour slots will not be available for the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, etc. In the event of inclement weather, tours may be cancelled and refunded. Tour dates may also be unavailable for private events – please contact us at ops@brdistilling.com with further questions regarding tour availability.
Frequently asked questions
When should I arrive?
We ask that guests check-in at the Tasting Room 5-10 minutes early to allow time for our team to verify IDs, etc.
What should I bring?
Please bring valid, government-issued identification, and wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Warehouse is not climate-controlled, so you may wish to bring a jacket during colder months.
Is the tour accessible?
Yes, our tour is open and accessible, including wheelchair accessibility.
Is there a limit on group size?
Tours are currently limited to a maximum of 8 guests.

What is your refund policy?
We will issue full refunds to the original payment method for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations outside of that window may be partially refunded depending on circumstances. Please contact us directly for refunds at ops@brdistilling.com. Refunds will not be issued for late-arrivals or no-shows. Anyroad fees are non-refundable.
When do tours run?
Currently, tours are offered on Thursday and Friday afternoons at 1:30pm and 3:30pm, as well as Saturady at 12:00pm. Tours start promptly at those times, so please plan your arrival 5-10 minutes early.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
At this time, no. All tours require a reservation. As we only offer a limited number of tours each week we encourage all guests to book tickets in advance to ensure your spot on your preferred date.
